Polybion™ is pioneering LATAM's biofabrication movement. We grow biomaterials from agro-industrial fruit waste in one of the most important industrial corridors in the world–the Bajio region in central Mexico.

Polybion™ Sales Office
is located in Madrid, Spain, close to offices of partner brands.
FOAK I
is our first-of-its-kind industrial-scale biomanufacturing plant where we produce Celium™, our primary biomaterial. It is also located in Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico.
Piedras Pintas Biofoundry
is our genetic engineering research and development lab located in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico.
Fungi Lab
is our pilot-scale lab focused on developing mycelium-related innovations, also located in Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico.
