We are overjoyed to close 2022 exceeding our expectations as a company. We've operated at scale for over a year now. It's been a challenge for the industrial process requires constant optimization and iteration to set the standards we are to achieve.

It's a pleasure to walk you through the milestones we completed last year.

Concerning the production capacity of FOAK I, our first bacterial cellulose biomanufacturing facility, we hit an annual production capacity of 38,000 sq. ft. and are confident that production ramp-up will continue through 2023. Also, our production yield stabilized at 85% for the bio assembly process and 90% for the tanning process, both well above our 2022 objectives. Plus, in-house tanning, retanning, and finishing production lines are fully operational.

In addition, we had outstanding breakthroughs in our bio assembly and tanning processes, accomplishing the most promising bacterial-cellulose harvest in Polybion's history, and hitting fresh new records on raw cellulose thickness, homogeneity, and growth cycles.

Being located in one of Latin America's leather goods and tanning hubs provided us with local expertise to speed up "growth-tanning-prototype" iteration cycles and incorporate innovations in the tanning process; this led to Celium™ reaching a unique look and feel, enhanced sensuality and never-seen-before performance in bacterial cellulose for leather-like applications. 

Finally, regarding Business Development, we executed collaboration agreements with top global brands in the fashion, apparel, and sportswear industries. More collaborations are to come in 2023's first quarter. We are currently winding up to make some of these collaborations public.
